Interpreting
We also offer interpreter services for the following types of interpretation.
1. Simultaneous Interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting is the mediation that enables communication between two parties. This type of interpreting can be done directly and spontaneously. The interpreter will be in the same context as the speaker, doing the interpreting under time pressure, which limits or does not allow corrections or revisions to be carried out.
We offer simultaneous interpreting services or conference interpreting that will fulfil your needs.
2. Consecutive Interpreting
We offer our consecutive interpreting service for discussions, meetings or small functions attended by a group of participants. This interpreting technic does not need any specific tool and can be suited to various situations such as diplomatic interpreting, bilateral interpreting, business visit, tourism visit, reception, appointment events, product launching, round table discussions, incentive visits, banquets, etc.
The consecutive interpreter will need to listen to the source message and interpret it into the target language immediately after the source message is uttered. The only tool that interpreters need for this service is a pen and note-taking skills.
3. Community/Public Service Interpreting
The service is carried out in a public context involving authorities such as the immigration department, police, education agencies, and health services. The service is necessary if clients cannot speak the language of the majority in any one country.
For example, court interpreting, medical/health interpreting, legal interpreting, police, sports, education, business, religious and tourism.
4. Media Interpreting
Known as television interpreting, the service will ensure that the content of media broadcasts in a foreign language is understood by media users in society, including the use of sign language to help deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers.
5. Voicing
We offer voicing, especially for audiobooks (voiced electronic books).
Current development in new media shows that speaking activities are adapted to listening activities, especially in the production of audiobooks. The target audience for this new type of production includes regular listeners, and it serves learners for educational purposes and listeners with visual impairments, learning disabilities, and dyslexia.
Our team provides translation services into the target language before the voice recording, which can be done separately.
6. Transcription
We offer transcription services, i.e., transcribing spoken language into the written text of the same language, from recording, podcast, or other recordings related to legal matters (testimony, sworn out-of-court, oath taking, etc.).
